mikee's 5th bday

it's been a week since my little girl's 5th birthday ... i did bake some cuppies for her to share with her schoolmates but i've been too busy lately to post the photos here ... so do mind that this post is about a week delayed =) ...

for her birthday dinner, i wanted to make a princess cake for her so i baked 4 pans of moist chocolate cake ... but due to some miscalculations on the timing on my part, i managed to do only this ...

oh yeah, and the rest of the cakes are still in our fridge ... yes, up to now!
